How pre-orders work

The Bowcho Pants are currently available for pre-order. Here's what to expect:

• Your card is charged at the time of your pre-order
• Pre-order price is $89 (retail will be $120)
• You'll receive email updates on production progress
• Estimated delivery is communicated at checkout
• You can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund

Production timeline

United States

• Standard shipping: Free (5-7 business days)
• Expedited shipping: $12 (2-3 business days)
• All orders ship with tracking via USPS or UPS
• Orders placed before 2pm ET ship same business day (post-launch)

International

• Canada: $15 flat rate (7-14 business days)
• Europe: $20 flat rate (10-18 business days)
• Rest of World: $25 flat rate (14-21 business days)
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer
• Tracking provided for all international shipments

30-day return policy

We want you to love your Bowcho Pants. If they're not right, we'll make it easy:

• Return unworn, unwashed pants within 30 days of delivery
• Original tags must be attached
• We'll provide a prepaid return label (US orders)
• Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving your return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders

Exchanges

Need a different size or colorway? We've got you:

• Free exchanges on all US orders
• Email us with your order number and the size/color you'd like
• We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship the new pair as soon as we receive yours
• If you're between sizes, check our size guide or reach out — we're happy to help

Defects & damage

If your pants arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos
• We'll send a replacement pair at no charge
• No need to return the defective pair
